• The actions of the machine do not hold Laundress accountable unless there are multiple complaints of the same issue. • Damaged items will not be replaced. • Discoloration is an exception, rips and tears are not, if done by machine. • If completed orders are not picked up or customer is not available during scheduled delivery time additional $5 a day.
